These Terms of Service govern access to XRP Everything and describe the rules for using listings, accounts, seller tools, and other marketplace features available on the platform.

Section 01

Using the Platform

By accessing XRP Everything, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, updating a profile, or submitting seller details.

You may not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the site, scrape restricted data, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Section 02

Listings, Pricing, and Content

Listings, seller materials, rebate information, and XRP reference values are provided for informational and marketplace purposes. Pricing, availability, and seller terms may change without notice.

You are responsible for verifying any vehicle, seller claim, rebate offer, or transaction detail before making a decision. Content submitted by users or sellers remains their responsibility.

  • Listing details may be updated or removed at any time
  • Displayed XRP values are reference information only
  • Users must independently verify seller and vehicle claims

Section 03

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the platform promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or misuse that creates legal, operational, or security risk.

Section 04

Availability and Liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or the suitability of the service for any specific purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, XRP Everything is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from marketplace use, third-party actions, pricing changes, or service interruptions.
